It’s equipped with precision cold rolling machines, cold drawing machines, annealing furnaces, ultrasonic cleaning tank, pickling tanks, passivation tanks, multi-line electropolishing devices, ultrapure water preparation machine, tunnel dryer, clean room, eddy current testing detector, ultrasonic flaw detector and other equipment, focusing on the production of stainless steel high clean electropolished tubes (EP tubes), stainless steel bright annealed tubes (BA tubes) and precision pickled tubes (AP tubes).
Our factory in Yancheng city can produce 100,000 meters of electropolished tubes and 500,000 meters of bright annealed tubes per month; our factory in Jiaxing city can produce 50 tons of Annealed & Pickled tubes per month. The available materials include TP304L, TP316L, TP321, N04400, N06600, N08800, N08904, S31803, S32750, S31254, etc. Our products are widely used in semiconductors, biopharmaceuticals, photovoltaics, chemical instruments, automotive industry, special gas engineering, heat exchangers and other industries. We have a large number of inventories, regular sizes of products can be despatched immediately from stock; for non-standard products that need to be customized, we have the ability to sample and mass produce for customers in a relatively short period of time.
